| Cameron Myhrvold, Director, is a general partner and one of the founders of Ignition Partners where he invests in software and infrastructure companies. Prior to Ignition, Cameron spent thirteen years with Microsoft Corporation, in a variety of executive management roles most recently VP for the Internet Customer Unit. He created the Developer Relations Group at Microsoft where he was a part of the team that initiated the "platform marketing" effort at Microsoft creating a virtual industry ecosystem of third parties. Myhrvold co-founded Dynamical Systems Inc, to develop multitasking operating systems for the PC, which he sold to Microsoft in 1986. He serves as a director of both Seven Networks and Consera Software. Cameron also serves as a board member of RLX Technologies and Wild Tangent.

Carolyn Duffy, Director, is a principal at Ignition where she invests in software and infrastructure companies. Prior to Ignition, Carolyn spent five years at Microsoft, most recently as the Director of Worldwide Business Strategy, where she was responsible for business and pricing strategies for Microsoft's core products - Windows 2000, Office and BackOffice. At Microsoft, she also was responsible for building the Visual Studio and Microsoft Developer Network businesses. Prior to joining Microsoft, Carolyn worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a mergers and acquisition analyst at Lazard Fr's in New York. Duffy also serves as a board observer at RLX Technologies.

Paul Bieganski, Director, is managing Director and the Chief Technology Officer, of Cargill Ventures. Paul is a serial entrepreneur, investor and inventor with twenty years of technology and business experience in software, Internet, embedded computers, medical devices and bioinformatics. Most recently Paul was the Chief Technical Officer at Net Perceptions. Prior to Net Perceptions, he was the Vice President of R&D at Signum Systems Corporation in Los Angeles, was Co-Founder of TeleMedical Inc. and Vice-President of R&D at Advanced Medical Systems Corporation. Paul also served as a National Science Foundation post-doctoral fellow at the University of Minnesota Center for Molecular Bioinformatics. Paul serves on the Boards of Compellent Technologies, Paradigm Diagnostics and iCentera and oversees Cargill Ventures' investment in NimbleGen Systems.

Venetia Kontogouris, Director, joined Trident Capital in 1999 as a Managing Director. Previously, Venetia was President of Enterprise Associates, LLC, the venture capital division of IMS Health Incorporated, and has held various venture capital positions since 1989. Before that, as Senior Vice President, Venture Development, at Cognizant Corporation she represented Cognizant in the Information Partners Capital Fund, formed by Dun & Bradstreet and Bain Capital. Venetia has held executive positions in new product development and marketing at D&B and sales management positions at AT&T and IBM. She has also launched her own start-up telecommunications company.
