    Internet Repositories
Leveraging public data sets has become critical to the discovery process. Teranode recommends the following Internet Repositories for use with TERANODE Design Suite:

    Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO)
GEO is a high throughput gene expression / molecular abundance data repository, as well as a curated, online resource for gene expression data browsing, query and retrieval.
For additional importing information, see the SOFT Importer.

    SBML Example Models
A set of models that were originally published in peer-reviewed journals. The example models have full summaries and links to publications describing the model.

    KEGG
A suite of databases, integrating the current knowledge on molecular interaction networks in biological processes, the information about genes and proteins, and information about the universe of chemical compounds and reactions.

    ArrayExpress
ArrayExpress is a public repository hosted at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) for microarray data, which is aimed at storing well annotated data in accordance with MGED recommendations. EBI is a non-profit academic organization that forms part of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL).

For additional information, see the MAGEML Importer.

    Biology for Engineers
A set of VLX models and instructions used as assignments in the curriculum of a University of Washington program. The program is designed to attract undergraduates of diverse backgrounds to the life sciences/engineering boundary, and to create engaging, hands-on educational experience that will foster pursuit of careers in this area.
